In 1902 - when Lee Countywas founded - this firm was also established. Since then, we have held true to our core philosophy of providing focused and high quality representation that promotes the best interests of our clients. The firm was founded by Thomas Tatum in 1902. Returning from service in World War I in 1917, Henry C. Jennings joined his uncle to form Tatum & Jennings. Jacob H. Jennings joined his father in 1952 and Robert D. Jennings in 1960. Henry C. Jennings died in 1978.
S. Bryan Doby joined the firm in 1992. William W. Wheeler, III joined the firm in 2000. Robert D. Jennings died in 2011 and actively practiced and served as managing partner until his death.
For over a century, we have been dedicated to the growth, development and security of Lee County and its surrounding communities.
